To order your saddle please contact your local authorised BC dealer who will be able to answer all of your enquiries and be your point of contact through your saddle journey.

All of our authorised BC dealers are on our website, you can also type in your postcode on the saddle page to bring up the closest one to you.

Our production time at the moment is within 8 weeks from point of order.

Yes, all of our saddles can be adjusted. We do only recommend that they be altered by one width fitting either way.

Your saddle is warranted against faulty workmanship and materials subject to fair wear and tear for a period of 1 year. The tree within is also guaranteed, general riding conditions only, for a period of 10 years. Warranty is void for second hand purchased saddles and if a non-authorised BC dealer carries out any alterations.

For all after care services and saddle concerns, you must go back to whom you purchased the saddle from, as your contract of sale is with them.

As we don’t sell directly, we do not offer payment plans, you will need to contact your nearest authorised BC dealer to discuss payment options.
